Andrew Thomas McCarthy (born November 29, 1962)[1] is an American actor, travel writer, and television director. He is known for his roles in St. Elmo's Fire, Pretty in Pink, and Less Than Zero. He also directed many episodes of Orange Is the New Black for Netflix.
