Alvin Baldus

Alvin James Baldus (April 27, 1926 February 2, 2017) was an American politician. He was member of the Democratic Party. He served in the United States House of Representatives from 1975 to 1981, as a member for Wisconsin.[1] He lost his re-election in 1980.

Baldus was born in Garner, Iowa.[2] He grew up in Elkton and Austin in Minnesota. He studied at Riverland Community College. Baldus died on February 2, 2017 in Menomonie, Wisconsin, aged 90.[3]
