Almond milk
Almond milk is a type of plant milk. It is made by blending almonds with water and optional flavors.[1] Sometimes, it is fortified with some micronutrients to make up for the lack of it. It has a creamy texture and a nutty flavor.[2]
It is known to be one of the biggest dairy milk alternatives with a global market value of about 5 billion USD.[3][4]
