Alicia de Larrocha

Alicia de Larrocha i de la Calle (May 23, 1923 – September 25, 2009) is an Spanish pianist. She received many Grammy Awards. She performed for 76 years, following which she retired.[1]

This name uses Spanish naming customs; the first or paternal family name is de Larrocha and the second or maternal family name is de la Calle.

De Larrocha was born in Barcelona. She died at age 86 after declining health.[2]
