Alfred Moisiu
Alfred Spiro Moisiu (Albanian: [alˈfrɛd spi'rɔ ˈmɔisiu] (listen); born 1 December 1929) is an Albanian politician. He was the fourth President of the Republic of Albania from 2002–2007. He is the eldest son of famed Albanian Army general Spiro Moisiu.
