Óscar Humberto Mejía Victores
Brigadier General Óscar Humberto Mejía Victores (December 9, 1930 – February 1, 2016)[1] was a Guatemalan politician. He was the 27th President of Guatemala from 8 August 1983 to 14 January 1986.
