Massachusetts House of Representatives' 16th Essex district in the United States is one of 160 legislative districts included in the lower house of the Massachusetts General Court. It covers part of the city of Lawrence and Methuen in Essex County.[1][2] Since January 04, 2023 Francisco E Paulino of the Democratic Party has represented the district.[3]
